The product is of very poor quality. I bought a coat 3 months ago. On the day of purchase, a button came off. A week later, the metalic loop on the collar of the coat broke. A month later, a button came off again and I no longer have a spare one. Today the loop broke (under the weight of the coat). My fiancee's shawl broke 2 days after wearing it, we just didn't have it sewn. I don't recommend it!

Im currently in the store having a terrible experience in which I bought shoes and wore them when I left the mall that I have time to exchange the item. The store manager Abduallah Mazloum is refusing to exhange the item for me while he knows that I was trying to buy comfortable shoes. Im very disappointed and I dont think that its fair how I was treated. I hope someone would be there to help me.

The store has an amazing collection .The sales staff is very courteous and helpful.I had gone to buy a jacket for my husband and bought quite a few things.Would definately go again next time I'm in Dubai.
