One of my favorite shopping centers in Al Rigga. So many options to choose from. Friendly staff and peaceful environment, but I feel the price range is bit higher here when compared to the other shops. Beauty products and accessories are good and within budget.

Loved the perfumes there, it is not long lasting at all but gives you really nice variety of sweet smell for seconds, worth visiting.

Today I had a very bad shopping experience with the staff , very very poor customer service. I would never ever recommend this place as a genuine place. I personally believe every shop has staff to help the customers with their purchase, forget about the help, zero sense of humor, in fact the two staff member team up together and shouted at me telling I need to behave just because I said I need help for them to show me since I don’t know where the item is stored. So the two staff named liza and Darim said I can complain to the manager and gave me the managers number. I tried reaching the manager few times and no one answered. Come on GIFT
CENTER you can do better than this!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service, one Pakistani staff was shouting to customer and abusing customer in Hindi.???????????? don’t hire these kind of mannerless people. Very bad experience…
