Very bad experience in Giordano Reefmall I will not recommend to anyone to buy in store better online one staff lady her Buwaji ..she very rude..the way her action when you are inside of the store she’s irritated if someone step to th store..I cancel my order just because of her very bad attitude..better to shop in day to day staff is so nice..She looks like not happy with the company..if the company will still keep this kind of staff business will go down

The service was excellent . I went to buy one track pant and ended up buying 4 pants and shirts. Anon was very professional and extremely helpful. If you have any customer excellence award he should be recognised.

Customer care is zero material is very bad quality after first wash t-shirts becomes shrink almost one inch and I have write Emails serval Times to customer care to exchange request as per store staff instructions because it was my perches 10 t-shirts but no one response to me yet.

I was their customer, I got sms from them with discount voucher, I went to mirdif to use the voucher, they said (it’s already used!!) I told the sales lady that I received it one day before and never used it, but no result she said it’s used voucher.......
I am no longer using them .....
