I have been coming to this salon for over 5 years with my to get our hair done by Dolly. I am always happy with the results and trust her work a lot. She is patient and will let you know what works best for you.

Usually I have a great experience at Gladys until today. I was booked automatically with Sonu and showed up at my appointment time only to be asked to wait while she did another client during my appointment slot. Then the lady that I got instead was extremely rude to me. I ask her to be careful threading around my eyebrow piercing as it cannot be removed at the moment and if she could just tweeze the couple of hairs that were there around the area. Immediately she says no and I’m told I have to wait for someone else to do it. I explained that the last time I came here I got the area tweezed without any issue. Then she starts speaking to her colleague in another language about me right in front of me which I find extremely rude. After all this she proceeds to do my eyebrows and she tells me ‘if it hurts, don’t say anything’, which I looked back in complete surprise at how rude that sounded. She then threads my eyebrows just fine without any issue so not sure what all the fuss was about. If something cannot be done please tell the client politely instead of acting like this and making the client uncomfortable. Won’t be returning!

Dropping a poor rating after multiple attempts to reach out to the management/owner to seek support and deal professionally. Unfortunately, they do not care about their customers at all.

Dear ladies, please spare yourself from visiting this salon if you're looking forward to have a stress free time and want to receive quality services.

• First of all, upon booking the staff is not aware about the services they provide at the salon they work. Even after repeating twice over the phone and ensuring what and which technician was required they were too pushy to go ahead with other technician and misguided the client with their services.

• Secondly, the staff does not know how to deal professionally and have been very mean, disrespectful and uncivilized to the client. The manager herself, Sonu, is horrible. Instead of ensuring for a smooth experience she along with other technicians stopped the services midway and left the client on her own due to the miscommunication from the staff.

Forget about a good customer service they don't even know how to act kindly to a person. They completely ruined the entire experience of the client who came in for the first time and definitely do not know how to value their regular customers too.

Except for this one technician Erica, who sure deserves to be in a better place and probably a high end salon for how professional and kind she remained throughout the incident. She was the one who took charge and completed the services when the client was left midway.

I went through some other reviews for this branch which were so much similar to my experience with the staff, especially Sonu. It's such a shame that the management has barely taken charge to make things better.

I'm never coming again or recommending this place to anyone !

I have been going to this salon for the last 10 years plus. Every time I travel to Dubai I visit this salon. I had Botox hair treatment done by Dolly. She has a steady hand and always do a good job. I also had mani pedi done, this wasn’t upto the mark. It used to be really good but now it’s not the same level. If you don’t tell them they won’t give 100% service. After I left the salon I noticed marks on my nails. I remember the lady didn’t use the filer to shine my nails. Maybe that’s why I could still see the marks. Overall because of my hair services I gave them 4 star.

For the past three years, I have been a frequent customer of Gladys Saloon in Studio City. I highly recommend Deepthi for facials, massages, waxing and threading; Norah for pedicures and manicures; and Sadiya for hairstyles.

I have been going to this salon for over 6 years. never had a complaint from me. but the last two times this is a terrible inattentive attitude. There is only one conclusion: I’d rather change my place and never go to this salon again

The best experience I ever had. All the staffs are very friendly. I have done my facial and manicure pedicure last week and I can say that I always will go back to this salon again. Highly recommended salon in Dubai with reasonable prices..

Unsatisfactory and Unprofessional Service
As a frequent customer due to its convenient location, I have consistently encountered unprofessional treatment.
Despite repeated requests, I have been unable to meet with a manager due to excuses provided. The hair irons are dirty and outdated, emitting a foul burning odor. Upon requesting they be cleaned before use, I was told "This is how it is". I was left to clean them myself using a wet cotton. Prices also vary each visit, with inconsistent VAT additions. Overall, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment as there is no one available to address customer issues.
