I was looking for a mobile repair service. I clicked and called the first ad shown to me . The guy picked up and answered and I explained my problem to him. The guy answered that it's a car workshop. I apologized. This matter should have been closed here. But the guy responded badly and accused me of being in sence. And spoke badly to me. Just because I called a number I was shown by an ad. He questioned my senses (Hosh me Ho) and disconnected the call.. Really disappointed at the behaviour.

As being in Customer Service Myself. Its not how one customer service person should speak to someone on call. I myself recieve multiple calls a day from the wrong guys but I never speak or treat the interlocutors this way.
