It was the worst experience ever. First of all, they took 1 hr to deliver short distance. No big thing. Then, when they delivered at 9 30, they gave the wrong order. Plus who puts the crunchy noodles in the manchow soup before sending? A person came at 10, we expected them to come with our refund and order. But no! The person simply came with the card swiper. Where is our main order?! He said that someone else is bringing it. So, we lost hope and made our own dinner. Then at 10 30 another person came with our order. And this was our first time ordering!
I don't know about dine in, but please never choose delivery!

I am a regular customer. Their charcoal is my favourite...... its so yummy... I have a suggestion garlic sauce u r serving with charcoal is only half a tea spoon .... that's not enough.... I know u r selling this separately ....but u must keep enough quantity with the combo.. I can understand ur business thinking to make us to buy that separately with additional pay ... Don't ruin the name by doing these kind of thing.

The chicken biriyani was really yummy, one of the best in this area. The packing was neat and clean. Mr. Ansar, the one who answered the call and took the order was very deligent to sent the food really quick and the juice was as per the request.

I cant really say have a bad service. what do we expect? this aint Mcdonalds or anything fancy, they are just a basic cafeteria making an honest living. I love there charcoal chicken along with the sides and also their beef burger. I just with they wont increase the price as any of basic cafeterias out there. it has to be a fair price along of what the service we receive. delivering takes time and there are times as well I get lucky and have my food in 10minutes. Keep up the good work guys and please so your best to improve the service

Extremely stingy customer service. The only sandwich that they sell with acceptable chicken quantity and flavour is their Chicken Mayonnaise sandwich If you order anything else like chicken fillet or chicken burger then you are in for a huge disappointment as they will put the tiniest chicken slice as possible. About their chicken shawarma, it tastes awkward, weird and disgusting. Also, they don't give absolutely ANY complimentary condiments with your order whatsoever NOT even the basic sauce like ketchup which every other company gives!!

Update!! Their chicken mayonnaise sandwich gave me bad allergic reaction.

I ate chicken burger was OK I enjoyed eating it of course it doesn't taste like a fancy restaurant but it tasted more like professionally home made its only 8 dirhams including fries a
