Clean rooms -

All of the employees are very friendly, helpful and good tempured

Room service is great. They bring anything every time, and they are quick and professional

The swimming pool is good , but it's a little small

Some guests were complaining about the rooms cleanliness, but I think there is nothing to complain about , and so , I myself am a little obsessed about the cleanliness.

There is no toothbrush and toothpaste, but they will give you enough shampoo, shower gel, and soap

The towels are clean and good

The rooms are not soundproof, and the noises from the street and outside be a little annoying , but it's tolerable .

The breakfast is good and there are various foods , fresh fruits and fresh bread

room service was good. the room is clean and location is okay, front desk staff named tarun however is very rude, except for the rude receptionist hotel is fine

I had the worst experience, bad smell dirty rooms mold in the bathroom. This place is wayy worse then a 1 star. At night they have so many drunk men that it’s so uncomfortable to get into. Location is horrible it’s in the most dirty part of Dubai. Charging plugs don’t work bad smell from everywhere the pillows are disgusting bathroom sealing have water dripping from them. Honestly this hotel does not deserve the 4 stars it’s the worst experience.

To be honest it's not a 4 star hotel. 2 or 3 star is suitable for it. Room isn't clean and you may could not sleep because of too much noise from street. Breakfast is good.

At best its a 1 star hotel. Rooms are dirty. Mold everywhere. Toiletries and towels are always in crisis.
From 9pm to 4am you cant sleep from the noise from the night club downstairs. Avoid this place.

This hotel is not good for any one because the service is very very bad.
I lost my gold jewelleries in my room Which cost around 60k,we go outside to explore dubai and after we come to hotel I see that my gold jewelleries are not there and we talk to hotel manager and they don't even listen once, some of hotel staff did this theft(chori). The hotel will not take any action against this.
We are alerting you that this hotel is not perfect at all.

I don't like services, rooms and washrooms are not perfectly clean. My expectations are very high from this hotel but they disappointed me and I lost my gold jewelleries in my hotel room, some of the maids who come to clean thr hotel room have committed theft and hotel staff didn't help us ..

It's not 4* hotel. It's average Hotel. Think before when u r booking this hotel. This hotel disappointed us. I trust on name only of Golden Tulip but now I fill its my big mistake, I hv to check all the reviews
