Very good service. As compared to Air Blue & PIA much better. I think this airline is outsourced to dnata as My luggage has taq of dnata. Very comfortable journey, spacious seats, quality food. I was very much worried before my travel coz I travelled with my 8months old baby & early pregnancy but really much satisfied from the service of staff.

The staff is very helpful and courteous, I've been here multiple times but every time I've been treated well.
Just one thing serene air charges too much for the wheelchair my parents travelled from Pakistan and travel agent lies to them that he added wheelchairs but he didn't, so when they reached here they required wheelchairs and they were charged 230/person only for DXB on arrival with no receipt and then on their way back I again had to go and pay 166/person which are their standard charges.
Now the question is it costed.me.almost a return ticket to add wheelchairs for senior citizens, all other airlines provide it for free and accommodate senior citizens with privilege but I fail to understand the policy of Serene Air on this regard.

Do not travel with Serene. Worst experience of my life.

First, the plane takes off from Dubai 2 hours delayed and lands in Sharjah. Then wait 3 hours to fly again. Then when reaches Islamabad, the luggage of half of the passengers is lost. No one answering the calls in Dubai office.

DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINES. SPEND 500 EXTRA AND TRAVEL WITH OTHER AIRLINES

Every experience is getting more and more disgusting. Coming to Dubai on 6 march 2023 and now going back both times flight was delayed by 1-2 hours. Same happened while coming from Karachi few months back when flight was delayed by
2 1/2 hours

Next time Serene is out. Very poor service

This is the worst airline to the present day!!!..... what a shame to our country name.....
22-june-2023, my flight was from DXB to LHE at 4:00 pm & and it's 9:00 pm. we are still stuck in the plane... airline was not allowed to exit passengers, so at last Dubai police came to rescue passengers who were trapped in plane for 5 hours without AC....
Never in my life will I go for this airline again....

After I came to exchange it and he says your ticket is used but I didn’t fly to anywhere
