I had the chance to go to this SPA yesterday night because I had body pains and I got the chance to meet Joy the african lady and at the end of my session, I was feeling so lightweight and all the pains gone. She's an excellent masseuse and knows her stuff. The entire staff from the receptionist to the masseue are all very professional, friendly and knows their stuff.

Highly recommended place and do ask for Joy if you want to have a super good time.

Behalf of the management i want to clarify a bad reviews here.

1st. Our shop provides the most professional treatment massage all therapists they know how to proper massage

2nd. We only provide professional massage and relaxation.

3rd. We MAINTAINED OUR SHOP CLEAN AND SANITIZE “smoking inside the massage room strictly NOT allowed”

4th. Sometimes OTHER (not in general) customer talking not good to our staff.

“TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. TALK TO PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TALKED TO. RESPECT IS EARNED, NOT GIVEN. “

5th. If you want appointment for the therapist WE HAVE A PROPER APPOINTMENT.
we already have REMINDERS that PLEASE inform US if LATE or CANCEL PLEASE INFORM US. but the problem “not all” customers didn’t follow the reminders then after reached the shop late they’re the one angry and shouting US “they don’t care the reminders because this is ONLY “SPA” any kind of shop or company if you make appointment we should BE professional.

VERY UNFAIR TO GIVEN US A BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE “WE CANNOT GIVE OR PROVIDE THE SERVICE CUSTOMER WANTS.

ALL STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL AND HARDWORKING.

I was impressed with this spa from the moment i make appointment with them,
first scenario im eating bubble gum and receptionist politely asking me if i can put in the tissue my gum? Im shock and asking why? She’s explain some of the customers put it in the bedsheet or on the floor. OMG! She’s also telling me they need to maintained the cleanliness of the shop, wells thats good job! And offer me a some candy. Much pretty cool! Second, they don't want the customer to wait thats why they have a proper appointment. Highly recommended. Superb spa. Receptionist to therapists all professional. I have to say my experience was excellent. Thanks for the management and maintenance your shop clean and cool!

Sometimes i overwork have backpain and need professional therapist .This place is rude and disappointing .To start with receptionist and staff will judge you based on ethnicity and dressing so they expect you to show up in tuxedo or "poor man"not needed as customer so no respect....
The Receptionist filipino guy talks as if he is some school headmaster commanding you to giv him the chewing gum in tissue!!! jst bcz some1 else stuck it inside means he has to teach every1 to be a gud boy while he himself is rude.They say place is professional but if only go for pro massage the therapist will fight and tell u chose some1 else why me?!!
Seriously have been to 5star spas bt this place jst surprizes me talking about professionalism while they dont maintain basic etiquettes.Please dont waste your time the only reason i went was it was nearby

The spa is clean and comfortable. All staff were courteous, professional, and thorough. I would go back and definitely recommend this spa

Lots of bad reviews I read that's why I curious to go in this spa., when I reached in this place I was impressed with this spa from the moment I make appointment. All staff are pretty cool and professional starting from reception to therapist. Shop are clean and feel real spa. I have to say may experienced was excellent. I absolutely come here and bring my friends. Highly recommended.

I have visited Golden Tulip quite a few times and had massage from random therapists, I found them all very mindful and show respect to all customers as I have noticed other customers as well. I have seen couple of comments mentioning one therapist name “Sophia” repeatedly like bullying her, I think this is not nice. Out of curiosity I asked spa manager about those comments and therapist Sophia, as per manager she is bestest staff they have and I witnessed the same myself.

I think we should behave like a gentleman enough not to say bad on social media by mentioning someone name over and over from different accounts.

I would give 5 star to spa, manager and all therapist (especially Sophia) and thank them for behaving professionally and nicely with all customers.
Highly recommended and trustworthy.
