We had dinner and its our first time in Hells Kitchen. We enjoyed the entire dinner experience and it was exceptional. The foods are amazing from starters to main’s & desserts. We ordered the beef Wellington and short rib and it was a bomb!!! Melts in your mouth. The staffs are excellent and also the live music. Highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall a great experience! The staff is super nice and friendly, I booked for our honeymoon and they offered us the dessert!
The service was great and the food was awesome!
I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 because when I booked they told me that there were a dressing code and that r-shirts and hotel flip flops were not admitted but most of the guests were wearing shorts and t-shirts.

Went here during Dubai Summer Restaurant Week 2022 and paid 250 AED pp. I was particularly looking forward to being wowed by the beef wellington but it was okay. I couldn’t even finish the whole thing. The appetizer and dessert were both amazing. The main course, I would say a bit lacking for my palate. Very good service and ambience though.

Starters are ok. But u can't go wrong with fries and Mac n cheese . The risotto was perfect and you can easily pick on the flavor and it's all cooked to perfection.

The wellington was amazing. Dessert really nice

The cod was tasteless. Bland. A bit fishy.
When questioned the server the answer was OTHER GUESTS TRIED IT AND NO COMPLAINt

She then offered to take it to the chef and she did . And 30 mine later not heard back anything.

I believe if u come here forget that u are paying premium money or expect to have a voice. just be grateful they allowed you to pay haha

Update. Check your bill we were charged item we did not even order ????

Update update. They refunded cash then came back took the cash and asked to redund for card. Anyways it's only 30 Dhs relax people

Me and my husband visited Hells Kitchen Dubai on Tuesday (bit of a late review) but all I can say is a big thank you to Sara! She was the most loveliest waitress we have been served by. She ensure we were looked after all throughout the evening as it was our wedding anniversary, we had a lovely conversation, such a lovely person in general. For us the main event was the beef Wellington tasted just as good as it looks as it does on TV. They gave complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary which was so kind of them. My favourite I have to say is the sticky toffee pudding and the apple crumble. Overall we had a lovely experience, thank you again Sara and the rest of the staff ????

I had pretty high expectations, and the food definitely met the expectations. What did not meet the expectations was the restaurant itself. The decor and the ambiance are just not right.
We ordered 3 appetizers, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, 1 sparkling water, and 2 mocktails. The bill was 1,400, which is not bad for a Gordon Ramsay.
Beef wellington: 9/10
New york steak: 8/10
Pumpkin risotto with lobster: 9/10
Oysters: 7/10
Steak tartar: 9/10
Blueberry parfait: 9/10
Creme caramel: 8/10

A lovely ambience and great value of money. The food was delectable and their staffs were cordial and pleasant. I will definitely come back with my friends.
