5 out of 5 stars. There are many swimming, pool and beaches in Dubai Hotel but this one is really one of my favorite or you can say is the favorite, the service and the food it’s really amazing the service is unbelievable. Nice to staff are so friendly her name is Mary and I really appreciate everything that I have experienced.

I had such a great time with my bestie. She was surprised how much of the great service we got at the pool. Nice vibes and music. Amazing coconuts and pineapple. Not overcrowded. Mercy was the best! Her knowledge of product and of customer service is on the top.

My girls and I had a great day here, the pool is nice and cold which is amazing for the weather here, it’s big and calm. The service is great, Veronicah helped us and she was so accommodating and helpful. Our food and drinks were lovely, especially my chocolate Sunday. I also love that they get you little watermelon slices. 100% recommended this place for the best pool day ????u200d♀️

It really was the first time in the hotel and in the pool, the experience was one of the best I have received in a club of this type in Dubai, the attention, the products, the 100/10 price-quality ratio, I really give them 7 stars. The team is super attentive and friendly.

Had a lovely time by the beach here. It’s quite private which is nice. Went here twice one day it was raining and the staff were so accommodating. We had Michael from Nigeria helping us and he was so lovely. I would recommend their sharing jugs such as the sangria or margarita. We also had their fries which were good.

A relaxed and friendly beach club, with great pool and wonderful service. Especially Mr Deepal, on the beach. Can’t wait to come back! Very good deal as fully redeemable entrance fee on F&B and a great happy hour.

We had lunch at Neptune Pool & Bar on our staycation at Caesars Palace. It was a nice spot with comfort food and with a good range of drinks. The service was good and it is a great place for a quick bite or drink in Caesars.

Apart from being happy with atmosphere, assistance and service I would love to give huuuge thanks to Dawson who was the sunshine of the day. He sincerely made sure that we have everything we need. Top hospitality. Really an asset to the place. Thank you!
