Hello All, please note they have discontinued to honor the coupon's @AED37 which they were supposed to until end of Aug2023. We have paid after after confirmation with Grand buffet restaurant before making payment for the coupon AED100. I spoke to operations manager and he said it's management decision. Is it a good practice?? Is this allowed in Dubai, UAE. Please your comments.

I had been to the grand buffet restaurant..inspite of the worst review online …the taste of the food is below average ..not even one dish is worth the price of the so called premium buffet priced @79 AED …
They should make the food standard far better ..the value for money is absolutely zero…the management should value the customer for the price they charge .
It’s absolutely waste of money .

Stay Away from them! They delegate marketing agents all over UAE to sell their coupons and unfairly deny to accept the coupons by giving ridiculous reasons. Fraudulent and Ill-mannered management cheats innocent customers after grabbing their money.

I have ordered for 2 half tandoori chicken with green salad..First they only delivered 1 half tandoori chicken.We called them and asked again regarding this. They told they will deliver within 30 min. After 30 min we called again.They told 2 min. We waited for 1 hour..They didn't even pick the call or reply to our Whatsapp message after sometime They just said driver is on the way. Finally after so much wait they delivered food. Food was good. But delivery service was delayed

I advice the Grand Buffet management to stop selling the coupons that normally are being sold for AED100 for few coupons valid till next 1 year. It is because, during next visit the Grand Buffet restaurant does not accept the coupons saying, "the management has changed the policies", this is a kind of bad marketing where your customers pay AED100 to the coupon book seller and while reaching at restaurant, in next one month customer gets replied from the management that "policies have been changed".

It's not about finance, it's about a kind of fraudulent happening with ur customers.

Ambience is good in Qusais branch, but they serve bbq and Naan breads only on table which is very slow service, one of their staff is standing near the bbq buffet dishes and if you are trying to take bbq items he starts telling that bbq items will only be served on your table don't have it from here, come on now 58 AED per head is not a small amount customer is paying, don't know logic of this staff asking don't take bbq items, rest they have around 30+ dishes taste is OK.

Totally scam, please don't trust on those people they just simply saying those coupons for buffet not acceptable and they are telling we are not seeling these coupons, their third party may be seeling but how they permit them to sell coupons with their name and address . So it is waste of money and even their food is not good so please be aware like those cheater.
