Its a basic amusement arcades.. Usual slots for adults only, games for elder kids and 10p / 2p coin roll machines and usually cranes which dont lock the grab until its time to.
The 2p machines are very poor with prizes. Cheap little sweets etc.. Why not put something in there to excite the kids. Its not as if it would cost a fortune to increase prizes to something better than odd sweet pack..Not confined to this arcade as many do it..
So one star dropped for poor 2p machine prizes, 4 star for the rest as standard for arcades..

Very good amusement arcade, plenty of 2p and 10p change machines, has a 18+ casino section which can be a nice bonus jackpot the bug machines for maximum £250, lots of grabbers and toddler rides throughout with airhockey and VR available. No toilets though.

Went to play roulette in the over 18s section. When placing bets, the machine would take your money without taking you to the roulette wheel. This isn’t roulette and is a scam!

Be careful with your money here.
not helpful if the machines take your money and the machine does not work not likely to get it back or sympathy

Spent half an hour with my 8 year old grandaughter on the 2p machines after a couple of key rings which she managed to get. Good fun, was fairly quiet and not many people about.

Absolutely appalled at this place, my son went on a machine where fit a key in a lock to get a prize; hard to do as you have to be accurate, he’d played it lots and on one go managed to fit the key in the ‘key hole’ to get a Bluetooth speaker, when the key went through it hit the box and the sensor must of thought it hit the keyhole which meant it didn’t turn and came back out without releasing the prize, I went to speak to the man he was rude and when I explained said ‘didn’t happen’ I explained again he wasn’t having any of it, he came to the machine and said it has never not given a prize before, I explained several times what happened but he was having none of it, I asked him to check the cctv camera above us but he just laughed, I said I wouldn’t be making such a fuss if it hadn’t happened and that machine was faulty, he was not interested in the slightest told me to leave, this machine is a total con and my son was left upset due to ‘winning’ a prize which was never delivered.

We decided to take a spontaneous trip out to Matlock Bath this evening. The amusements were okay, but there wasn't really much to write home about. They were clean however the cups for the 2ps were scattered all over and there was no hand sanitiser in the automatic dispenser. There wasn't a great deal of choice in the 2p machines either. We had an enjoyable evening however wouldn't be in a hurry to return here unfortunately.
