The staffs were very nice ????. Room was also decent. But almost every night we couldn’t get a good sleep due to loud noise from a Dune club down. Its really noisy and we hear people shouting and arguing after drinking. That’s something no guests willing to compromise.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire banquet team at Grand Excelsior Al Barsha for their outstanding service during our family event last week. Special thanks to Banquet Manager Mumtaz Ali and Head Chef Thomas along with their teams for their exceptional contributions in giving us an evening to remember as the staff's attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made us feel truly special. The delicious food prepared, and the elegant decor added an additional 5 stars to the event. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. We had the best time, and we are grateful for the team's dedication. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue and hotel to others. It's an experience not to be missed! ????

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel and the staffs are very friendly. The design of the hotel sounds unique and interesting, resembling a cruise ship with budget-friendly and centrally located in Dubai, making it convenient for exploring tourist attractions. Overall it was a nice experience.

Never seen worst place like this this stuff is so rude. They do not understand the meaning of hospitality. If you ask anything from them, they will deny on your face. I am staying here for 15 days. I have asked for one plate and spoon they denied. I have never seen such a bad hotel with such a sad stuff who doesn’t under doesn’t know how even how to smile you ask them anything what they will say is be first I have paid hundred thousand for my stay under four rooms book for us. I will write it down to my admin as well as will make sure from my company. Nobody comes and stay in this worst hotel. Very very very bad experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the grand excelsior hotel al Barsha. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the reservation staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. And specially Thanks to Mr Imran from reservation department.

Great place for family vacation. This hotel is situated at an excellent location and it has superb rooms with all the amenities. Hospitality services provided by the staff were up to the mark. Overall, it was a great experience.

My husband and I are very happy of this hotel, very spacious and peaceful, and the staff are very accomodating and they take action very fast especially in room service.
Though it's kinda busy in the area but it's okay, there are so much variety in food stalls and restaurants. We are planning to book again soon.
