Bought shoes before 4 days.. within 4 days shoes damage..cash counter person and seller person both knows I bought this before 4 days.. by mistake bill missed.. and now no one replacing that.I bought because of brand value.. now no one listing..and no exchange..telling this is local owner company we can’t help anything..bought from sharaf dg branch.. calvin klein brand shoes.. price tag also there on shoe

Customer service staff is not at all responsible. Body shaming customers. And if we say we will call police for insulting, they are saying we don't care, go call. This is the kind of customer service. With such bad attitude. Pathetic ????

They sell all fake products and say that the shoes are factory rejected n all that shit…never buy any shoes from them cuz they sell all of em a lil bit less than the original price…those fake trash aren’t even worth 10 AED.

They sell fake shoes. Two months before i bought tommy shoes . I wore only 5 times. Now it is broken. This is first copy….

I bought 2 pairs of adidas shoes 1 for my habibi and one mine and they are definitely very original .Also the the staff Mubashir
was so accommodating and I really liked how he has good customer service skill..Thanks so much Mr Mubashir...I recommend grand outlet sharaf dg shop anytime any day...
