The location is good but the hotel service and room is not at all good. There is no complimentary water , no working TV. Rooms smells like anything
You can get better hotel like marco polo with few bucks extra .
Highly not recommended for long stay. Select only if you have no other option or you need hotel in this location only

The hotel is situated in few minutes from two metro stations and from several bus stops which is very good!
The hotel staff was very kind, positive and ready to help 24 hours a day! Ghulam and AMin Bahi helped me a lot with the organisation of excursions, changing money, finding restaurants, groceries and with lot of other enquiries. It was the best experience of conversations with hotel staff. I definitely recommend this hotel because of the great help of hotel stuff!

Only location was good, room is just ok but water stand in bathroom when you take shower. Couple of German cockroaches found in the room.
In my 7 days stay only once my room was cleaned by house keeping.
Mattress was too soft to sleep couple of nights I slept on the floor.
Last three days they didn't fix the wifi issue which cost me extra on mobile data

If u are looking for the cheap place its okay but make ur mind that u have to sleep on the bed that's used by someone else,if u will ask them to change the bedding it's not gonna happen. The conversation i had with the staff while trying to locate the hotel coz the map in their website is wrong. He replied u don't even know how to locate a simple hotel. The room sown in picture is definitely from Google.

Room AC is noisy, can't fall sleep
Restroom has an odor
Fridge is so small and not cold
House keeping is once a week not daily basis ..
I can get 3 star Hotel for the same amount i paid for this hotel..
Don't reserve thru priceline or Agoda..

Location is depressing. I almost missed this hotel and walked past. It's in a what seems like an impoverished part of the city. A dirty backstreet with local car repair shops etc. I wouldn't recommend it for women or families.

Bedding was worn out and smelled used. I had to make them put "fresh" bedding on in front of me.

It's a basic room if you need somewhere to crash for the night then it's okay. Room faced a brick wall but it was okay for me- I quite liked the privacy and the chance to open the window in this winter weather.

TV didn't work and lamp bulb was fused.

Best thing it is a basic room with no cochroaches.

I still think they should charge less. Maybe 125aed Inc tax max.

It's not far from the Union metro station.

Again- only recommended for solo travellers who need a cheap place to stay.

I only stayed one night. Service was okay.

Rooms are good. But staff is average. No complimentary water in rooms. Not good shampoo or gel in bathroom. But still ok if you get in cheap price. I booked for 150 AED per day in January.
