There is no refund policy at Grand Stores for any item that being purchased from their store even is being sold for one day, which is very bad experience for customers who can get better offers and services from other retailers.

There is no appreciation or respect for customers who are coming from far places to their store to buy items that being available for better prices and customer services in other retailers.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, PRICE ARE HIGHER THEN ANYWHERE ELSE, CHECK PRICES ONLINE BEFORE!
Prices are higher than in the center of Dubai, staff is not helpful, not recommended

Be careful they are selling items those are on display by saying we just opened the box to show the item to the customer. Luckily i opened all items before leaving the mall.
