The place is good but what make it amazing and help us a lot in choosing the right. Product - I have to thank Mr thariq cos one of the best sales person I ever deal with - appearance and personality- I believe he has amazing future cos of him we did bought a lot of stuff.

There prices are good but, I saw an incident which made me stop buying anything from them.

The customers service were so rude with one of the customers and even when the manager came it was even worse! I was really feeling sorry for the lady buying.

In general these people are not good while dealing with the customers

Great selection of perfumes, Mohamed Yasine (curly Arab man) apologies if the name is incorrect is a very good sales person. We were choosing a man summer parfume and he was very helpful, checking the notes and offering different options, in addition he called us when my fav, perfume was in stock. Great service!!!!

These amazing gentlemen SAVED my flight!
I needed certain fragrances that were out of stock before the flight tomorrow..
I don't know how.. But the managed to get them for me before I go to the airport.. WITH THEIR DISCOUNT ????
Mr. Fakhrul-Din in sales is SUPER HELPFUL.. He handled my situation VERY WELL
Also Mr. Shaheen the manager was so supportive!

The staff over here were absolutely helpful. He took his time to show us the different products they had, and and give us the best product we have been searching for the whole day. Mohammmad Ahmal keep up the great work.

What a wonderful experience here, totally above & beyond. The sales people are extremely knowledgeable and they give you high brands and similar less expensive smells. Muhammad Rafi & Muhammad Ahmal -u003e great job.

Best place in Dubai for your favorite perfume or cologne. By far the best prices and helpful staff. We’ve been going here for the last 5 years and we can’t find more competitive prices. A big THANK YOU to all the staff, as they will go above and beyond to help you.
