I was given an appointment in a timely fashion, was seen within 10 minutes of arrival, and the staff were friendly and professional. Overall a very positive experience.

Very disappointed virtually impossible to see a doctor, won't answer phone before 11 unless urgent and then u get recorded message saying they are busy ring back later.

Had a good experience on the phone with a practitioner Nurse Carol. She spent the day before trying to return my call as my mobile was out of range. She called me first thing today and was really thorough and helpful. Thank you great service

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. It’s a great medical centre. The staff in reception are helpful and polite. The doctor’s have been great too, especially with my young daughter who had a medical issue and got a quick referral through to hospital. Thank you Stratton Medical Centre, very much appreciated!

Despite showing on the NHS website as a 'walk-in centre', on arrival I was informed that the surgery did not see 'walk-ins', nor as a non resident could I even make an appointment. Instead I was advised to call my own GP who , if appropriate , could make a referral to them by email. Then someone could call me for a phone consultation. Not great when you're on holiday and just need a quick medical opinion.

Totally unacceptable, went to see a doctor here for an ongoing condition with my arms that i can barely move, it had flared up because i had to build my old mum a shed. Tryed to explain to doctor who basically called me a liar! Even though its on my notes that he didn't even look at. Didn't even help with pain relief. I have launched a complaint against him and am moving surgeries. This isnt the first bad experience ive had here.

For a medical centre, I find it shocking that reception staff think it's acceptable to leave patients waiting outside in a heatwave for over 2 hours for "permission" to enter the waiting area - let alone see a doctor. Luckily this isn't our local GP, I worry for those that are registered here.
