Sorry the food is average, ... or maybe below.

I had chicken biriyani. The chicken was not good in it.

Price is comparatively higher than similar South Indian restaurants.

GCR was good before,

Service staffs are friendly.

Bought chicken noodles for 22dhs worst taste they are using old grill chicken in Sandwich ,noodles &fried rice. It’s smell so bad . Getting money and providing bad quality food.

This is the service we got ur cafe in karama GCR GROUP. The way waiters and waitress behavior also. It is not good treating the customers.

Seating is well managed. Service is also good. You have too many choices of food here. Must try their veg set. Non veg sets. With their delicious chutneys. Loved the food.

Food was excellent must try is beef fry with parota or appam but beef was so delicious where else i never had this taste beef cooked so well and very very very soft have family dining inside itself note: budget friendly we had beef small 2nos and chicken kurma small 1 nos appam 6nos amd 2 nos parota also drank fresh milk tea 3nos and total bill was 40.50 aed only..

Came as well known GCR group. Had chapati, Greenpeas curry and I found treasure in the bottom of curry bowl. Pays price of 17dhs for a curry bowl and gets unclean utensils. please rectify for better Dine IN experience please. Soup bowl bottom also n same situation but waiter took off before I clicks up ????

Called last Thursday for this next months repeat prescription. Told me I haven’t had my prescription since the start of April. Clearly the right hands not talking to the left. Receptionist was very helpful this morning but every other time you can tell they just don’t want to be there.

Message left on my phone by Katy. Blood test results were white blood cells over the range. Worried as my mum had cancer. Rang back asked for gp appointment or to speak to Katyas she left me a message to call the surgery. Receptionist would not let me speak to Katy or a Gp. Receptionist asked what was wrong when I called? She Insisted thst I needed a pharmacist. They do not work together. The management is not good and it is a let down. Needs improving and when complaints are made the doctors do not get to know. Not happy. Was here for 5 years. Moved.

Very refreshing to have a GP who listens and communicates well. After years of being dismissed and invalidated it was a shock to feel listened to and taken seriously.

Great nursing/HCA staff as well, and most of the people on reception are really nice and helpful too.

Only sore point is I've had to wait 5 weeks for a "routine" appointment. That's after waiting 3 weeks twice for other appointments. In all, including blood tests, it was 4 months until I received a referral to a specialist and for treatment. I know they're overstretched but being unwell to the point I am unable to participate in my own life doesn't feel so routine to me.

The staff are amazing here from the receptionionsts, doctors, nurses and the pharmaceutical tream. So very kind, respectable and understanding.

It doesn't matter how many times or how many ways you ask for your monthly prescription to be delivered. They just ignore it 90% of the time. Awful service.

Update of my review 09/01/2022
I’ve deleted previous comments. Hopefully this year there will be an improvement within this practice.
* My immense thanks and praise does go to the Pharmacists and the Pharmacy team. They are wonderful and a real credit to the medical centre. They go above and beyond and are always professional and polite. Although I’ve only awarded 3 stars to the medical centre, the pharmacy team deliver a 5 star service. So to them THANK YOU.

My parents of 85 have tried to get an appointment for my father who is having blackouts. They called and then went round in person at the beginning of April to be told the earliest they could see the doctor was in May!!! Are others receiving this sort of service? I'm absolutely astonished that this is the priority they put on elderly and vulnerable people needing help.

Local Health Centre that covers the Over Wyre area. Situated in Preesall the building was renovated and extended a few years ago. There are several GPs registered at the centre, along with nurses and community outreach programs. There is also a pharmacy for prescription items. There is a large car park with wheelchair parking & access.
Appointments are required to access the services - the centre has carried out a huge vaccination program during the COVID Pandemic. Staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Great all round NHS service.
