As a Procurement professional, I'd worst customer service from them. They don't care about their customers; if you try to call them for any urgencies, they won't answer you and if they did, all they want to say " we were busy " as cheap excuse. Who is not busy in this world my friends...?

In warehouse when get invoice no body talk for any questions! For simple "Hallo" no one reply! Like i come to his house and want ask something for free!
