The pay machine did not work, and I had to pay at the exit. But the guy in the exit was extremely slow, taking up to 5 minutes for one payment. And then I had to pay another 20AED for the 2 minutes exceeding one hour, due to the time wasted on the misleading and useless machine and the their inefficient staff.

The moment you get the token they will charge you 25 aed

I entered the parking and kept driving to the exit it took me less than 2 min

And the security said that i have to pay 25 even for 1 second

Any one know what this is called ???

All the notices in the parking says that up to one hour free, in the receipts it says that I have one hour free.

I have had to pay 25 dhs each time without any response.

They are stealing our money.
