Strange if you're not on time for your trian, for what ever reason, unless you have already bought buy a more expensive ticket, then they say you need to buy a new ticket. But if they cancel your train or it's running late - no refund. The duty free allows you to buy French wine and Belgium beers to take over to France/Belgium, but no British products.

Ideal location to film Eurotunnel Le Shuttle sets, but it requires a 1 hour walk from the nearest station, Folkestone West
