Gucci is my most favorite brand and I was good customer of mall of the emirates Gucci shop. I bought this Gucci heels at my last holiday in Dubai before Covid started. I only used this couple of times suddenly the Gucci logo became two different colors one is bright gold and the other one is dull gold. I was shocked to see this. Because of the lockdown I couldn’t visit dubai for long and i sent them couple of emails but i never got any response. It’s really sad to say that when you pay premium amount for designer shoes and end up disappointing like this. I think this is a biggest mistake of the stuff who gives the service. They don’t give a proper service with a concern, if so this wouldn’t happened. They have given me two different shoes. Finally I thought of mentioning this improper customer service at a designer wear shop like Gucci, for others to aware on this. Highly disappointed ????and never recommends anyone.

Very nice Gucci shop, very friendly staff, sadly shipping online from Europe is much more cheap, which makes me not come to the store anymore, which i liked so so much ! You should adapt prices everywhere, to get people any and everywhere the same shopping experience !

Not much of a designer person but I went to buy sunglasses from there and I really was invested on getting outfits. But my friends on this platform let me tell you something the staff really do not treat you well ( no professionalism ) and they talk down on you this is much a report about the staff regardless the brand.

I like the brand Gucci and all the staff are helpful.. just wanted to highlight regarding bags repair as we pay for a high brand and name like Gucci so why we should pay when the leather is scratched even not using the bag lot…

Best Gucci store I’ve ever been to. The store has 2 different floors and wide variety of products to choose from. Also, employees are very cordial and helpful.
