just stopped by to check whats on and nice, farida was alone during that time, she has been polite and helpful, although busy tried to accomodate and advice on product details. purchased an automatic watch, thanks again farida:)

Farida is an excellent sales manager. I went in to buy one watch, but I ended up buying three. She knows how to upsell, and I give her immense credit for her ability to sell. As a customer, she truly impressed me with her sales skills. Well done, Farida!

I was able to pick up the moonswatch mission to uranus but was disappointed to find out that each moonswatch colorway only had a quantity of five watches that was available for purchase. Originally I was planning to buy mission to the moon or mission to neptune but after 10 minutes of waiting in the queue the gentleman in the counter said it was sold out because they only received 5 of them, while the queueing system was great and store employees were able to help out their customers, I was disappointed with swatch due to the fact that such a huge multinational watch company were only able to send such low quantities for their most demanded watches.

I wanted to take a closer look at swatch moonwatch to find out why there is so much hype. Sales person said he can't show it because it is packed. Then I asked if he can take one of them from display, he said he can't. I think they don't want people to see how cheap it feels when handled.

You don’t always get to such sympathetic people as in swatch store!
A guy named Frank is just great!
He gave us full details of the new arrival and just gave a good mood!!

Past 2 attempts to buy omega swatch in dubai mall failed. Coming to the swatch mall of emirates, I also thought that I could not buy anything.

Frank did his job 100%. He told everything in the smallest detail when we need to come, where to go and what watches will be presented.

And this is despite the fact that we speak English so-so, and Frank explained everything in an accessible language. In general, a great fellow! I wish there were more such employees in all departments of the shopping center!
