Very nice Gucci shop, amazing shape, amazing big store, sadly shipping online from Europe is much more cheap, which makes me not come to the store anymore, which i liked so so much ! You should adapt prices everywhere, to get people any and everywhere the same shopping experience ! Even local people prefer to travel to Europe and buy there, because its literally much more cheap. And with a nice Travel experience much more cheap. Really really make the shopping fun and experience worse and boring ! I dont want to come anymore... fix the problems, adapt the prices, its not hard, otherwise you don´t need any stores in Dubai.....

Superb place. The interior is top of notch fashion shops, and the trend is fabulous. I am truly thankful to the best margarita for her support throughout and for the high proficiency sales call she did.

It is a nice shop and has 3 floors so a lot of space to walk and take a look at things.

Sale assistants can be a bit grumpy sometimes and they chose who they want to sell to so don't be surprised when sometimes you get ignored by them.

The sales staff are superb. Very accommodating and assisting you quickly. It's my 2nd time here and bought 2 bags too. Highly recommended for the women who loves Gucci.

Customer service is low, no one tells you hi even.. they only stared judgmental.. I had to be the first to approach.. if you go to mart they will give you more attention than here)))) lady showed few bags very coldly (just waiting to get rid of me).. her colleague told her let me help you pack it back.. I still didn’t check the items well.. overall the atmosphere is that you want to go out fast because it’s unpleasant.. so sad the shop didn’t do there work well enough to let me buy from them.
