It's a car park, what can you say. On our visit only one of three paymachines were working so queues for it, A council flatbed was parked alongside it with its engine ticking over for quite a while so was a bit unpleasant breathing in the diesel fumes while trying to work out the machine. The display screen was too low so had to bend down to try and read it which was an issue for older people. Location was good for visit the castle and a walk around the town. The charges were reasonable as well.

Quite a busy car park, as many people use this place for use of the town centre and for visiting the castle.
The price is very good value and they have a few disabled bays here.
The parking is one way driving and is easy to manoeuvre in and out.
There are 2 paying machines here.
They do have a list of rules also, which you can see in the price board picture i posted.

Tidy car park useful for doing shopping and stuff in Caerphilly. Cheap too. Busy though had to loop around about 4 times before a space was available

Nice location overlooking castle, free parking extended until New Year, thus limited spaces.

Excellently located in Caerphilly town centre, perfect carpark for shopping or visiting Caerphilly Castle and really cheap too. Down side is its pretty small so it gets full up fast.

Ideal for visiting the library or Information Centre (which has an excellent coffee shop) but there are steps and a steep hill for dropping down into the shopping centre.
