Very poor. Never had I visited the lounge and found anyone attending the counter. They would be relaxing somewhere and then roam around the lounge, asking people for their boarding passes and spitting out names to check whether they have the right person when returning the boarding passes. This has a very high potential of human error in returning wrong boarding passes and disrupting passenger flights.
Poor customer experience. Poor lounge ambience.

Convenient for a short stay. Food is very average and always the same . Has a smoking area and is ok for a lounge. I truly believe that refreshments and food can be better or at least a change.

The front desk lady was nice, friendly and helpful thus the 3 stars, otherwise this place is small, old and doesnt smell that good!!

They do have free wifi!

No food varieties, no power sockets. This place needs a rennovation!!

No one sitting behind the desk so had to wait 10 minutes until someone noticed that there are passengers waiting for help.
Very old lounge with no power sockets that I can see. Buffet looks average but that's to be expected.

Nice, cozy lounge has all the essentials. Nice drinks bar, snacks and good meals. Showers, smoking lounge and prayer room are available.

It's s OK. Quite small but there is a selection of hot and cold food which was quite tasty and a selection of soft drinks and alcohol.

Nice lounge. Minimal offering and some stale sandwiches and hardened cheese left out else nice cosy lounge that would have got 5 otherwise
