The lounge carries the same aesthetic as all LH lounges visited at European Airports. Boring and too functional doesn't give much to an experience of a relaxed and welcoming lounge, particularly that the competition is much better. The lounge has agreements with other airlines as well, which makes the relatively small lounge with uncomfortable seating more loud and busy. Catering was disappointing, and staff were indifferent.

Visited the senator lounge before a late night flight as a star alliance gold member. A good lounge especially if you’re flying economy before or after a long flight. Doesn’t quite meet the world class business lounge standard.

Decent number of food options and all very tasty and hearty. Plenty of seating and makes calls for boarding of Star Alliance flights.

It's not the best Lufthansa Lounges I have been to. In Dubai you expect something different.
Atmosphere and interior are just standard.
Only small food selection. No fruits!
Poor selection of bread.

You know how snake venom actually immobilizes the blood, eventually killing the host? Lufthansa does that to any airport it touches. Between 40 minute waits at check-in to their online check-in being consistently down, from their tickets not attaching frequent flier numbers to the lounges themselves having too little seating and hardly any food, Lufthansa is yet again taking an amazing airport and destroying just a little part of it. Because that's what Lufthansa does.

Senator lounge is just perfect, not the biggest one in the world but everything is good enough to be confortable to eat well and to take a shower... The small buffet is really good, coffee machine is good, there are different places and chairs depending on the need, I really enjoy being there each time.

This lounge has a small range of food, and the usual range of drinks. But the German beer is a nice touch. If you are flying Cathay Pacific they currently use this lounge also, as there is no dedicated Cathay lounge in Dubai airport. It is located upstairs on the left hand side.

The poorest Business Lounge I‘ve ever been, given the ticket price for business class!
Not a minimum of lounge atmosphere.
Too packed, chairs almost stacked.
Dirty floors and tables. Poor and limited selection of foodstuffs, soft drinks, spirits of the cheapest. Red wine not as good as those at a discounter.
Better close it; it damages Lufthansa Group‘s image.

Pretty horrible. This lounge is a SLIGHT step up from a United lounge in Houston. The only thing that made it worth while was there wasn't a tacky bar tender looking for a $1tip on that Bud Light.
