Went for heating issue with my lexus is250

They replaced the elbow of the radiator which was not required to fix the issue
Even digged till airpumping machine

Issue remain unsolved and had to consult another mechanic

They could find the issue and costed me 700 aed which isn't worth paying

I went to Arslan after having a bad experience from another mechanic who spoil the ride of the car by doing suspesion replacement. Instead of riding well car was vibrating on high speed which that guy was unable to fix. Arslan came with me on highway for a long test drive which no one I visited before care to do to identify the issue. Finally we had to change passenger side axile to fix the ride which he told me broken as the other guy was not properly sealed it. Also did tire rotation and an allignment and the accord run fine now. Definetely recommend Arslan, he knows how to identify the problem and fix it.

Bought my motorhome from here, staff very informative, and not pushy, took my moho back a Yr later for habi, staff are great and really helpful ,cant do enough for you , will defo be back.....oh and they have cute dogs ???? ????

Great honest family run business. New Roller Team campers and motorhomes. We enjoyed it so much last year we did the same again this year. Thoroughly recommend.

Our Trauma heater suddenly stoped working just before we were leaving for skiing. We phoned Dicksons on the Thursday afternoon, Keith talked us through the fault to check we hadn’t missed anything, then managed to find a spot the next day. They phoned in the afternoon to tell us the problem and they would get the part and fix by Monday. We were a bit late in getting there on Monday afternoon but Keith kindly waited til we arrived. All in all I can’t fault the service department, so helpful and efficient on getting the motorhome sorted. Many thanks. P.S. love the dogs.
