Not only the floor manager Kashif identified the error from my car model, but swiftly instructed the team to get on it.
While I sat in their AC office desk and got my pending work done on my computer.

I came with a broken fan issue in the car, which needed replacement.
I mentioned that I need the same day car so I can renew my registration.
Same moment I entered they started working on a car. They took the part out, showed me exactly what is the fault, noticed the AC filter is dirty and offered replacement.
Also they remembered that I mentioned I am going for a registration renewal and pointed out that the front link rod and steering end boot are damaged and that the car wont pass check up. Within few minutes I got a very reasonable quote and had to leave the garage.
They said by 4pm everything should be done.
During every step of the way they were updating me, often with the videos of the progress of the car.
They finished by 3pm and I was very happy with their time management and service.
Also they washed my car and offered their pick&drop service for the next time.
My car failed the test for a tire worn out. I returned to the shop, quite upset, and it was already quite late and it was the last day to register my car (also Saturday since on Sunday car registration service center is closed).
They did it as their fastest priority, managed the tires and alignment to be done within an hour so I can go and finish everything on time.
I have never experienced this type of swift and quality service.
Will highly recommend to all of my friends.

Nice people who listen and act accordingly.
I gave my car for service and other work and they delivered back to my place.
Unlike other garages, they don't push you for their other services.
