We bought a pair of trousers. After we wore the pants for 1 hour, they tore completely. No exchange was granted because we arrived 3 days after the purchase. Worst service!

I never knew that H&M is a Swedish brand. I never liked their products anyways because they we mostly cheap and bad copies of Zara Style. I used to bug some cheap stuff like socks or so. Now that I know they are from Sweden I am definitely boycotting them. Why should we Muslim buy from a shop where the country of origin is making sure to insult our religion. How can we support people to insult us.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!
Loved a large rug and when I decided to take it home the said here you go. So no delivery service and the rug is not packed to go out of the store. A global brand with no sense of a global brand. Really sad to see such a brand with bad customer care

Dekorationsgeschäfts von H&M. Hier findet man typische Deko, braucht man allerdings als Tourist eher weniger.
