I don’t usually leave a review for stores, but every time I come to this H&M Home I have a pleasant experience.

I ordered a custom embroidery, & miss April helped me in all steps, she’s so patient, helpful & actually each time i’ve visited H&M Home she happened to be working & each time she is really nice + helpful. Anyways, she did a great job with my embroidery and I really like her vibe overall. I really appreciate how nice she is every time I’ve visited. This H&M Home location is the best i’ve been to so far.

Had a great experience inside the store....
I was customer in men department and staff are very helpful to find clothes that suit me.
Highly recommend to visit shop since service is great...

I would like to report an unsettling incident that took place at your mall in the HNM store with an employee named shiela, last evening. She has a heightened attitude problem, was rude, impolite and called me and my friend a “Liar” in a rather loud tone, snatched the item ( baby shoes) out of my hand to check the size for me and then was telling me the wrong size and has the audacity to tell me that “Can’t you see” pointing to their size chart. She walked away mid conversation and made disrespectful hand gestures (HnM needs to seriously rework their hiring system).

I am offended with the way I was handled by her. When I asked for a senior manager, she said she was the “store manager” at the branch and there is no one senior than her to speak with ( obviously she was not the store manager and we did find another senior staff member to speak to) Such etiquette and conduct as a service industry professional is absolutely displeasing and unappealing.

I am shocked at the experience I had at a premium mall like Dubai hills by Emaar (this was my first visit) , Looking forward to speak with some one form your organization to discuss my grievance. However, you must know how poorly your customers are being treated by your appointed brands/staff.

3 Mitarbeiter stehen an der Kasse und anstatt zu arbeiten wird sich unterhalten! Eine Kunden lädt die App runter und nach knapp 7 Minuten sind wir gegangen und haben nichts mehr gekauft… Katastrophe
