So much rude attitude and poor customer service from the girl who served me at checkout today? Why was she making such a big fuss out of me paying with a $500 note when she had enough change to give me from the register? She was rude throughout the entire exchange. I am not a local and didn’t have any other AED cash on me. As a big corporation you should have enough change to give me without giving me attitude and acting like I’m causing a huge problem for you. train your staff better.

The best branch , has more selection and has a flower shop , love this branch decor aswell its located behind the aquarium and the p2 grand parking is a good place to park and also u can park the cinema parking p7 then use the dubai mall app for direction , the staff was helpful too and the store is big.

H&M DubaiMall have a service in Tailoring and Monogramming, normal alteration and shortening cost 20aed only and monogramming for 35aed.

very bad service. after a long queue at the cashier. they opened a new cashier then when I moved to an empty cashier they said other people had already queued. even though I first came to the cashier. I think because they prioritize Middle Eastern people over Asian people. the cashier name ahmed.

Excellent service and packing for gifts. I had name written in H and M home by Vikas at Dubai mall and it was quickly and efficiently service exactly as I like it to be . Highly recommended writing names on items especially for gifts.

H&M Dubai Mall has a nice selection of clothing, but my 1st visit went down to bad memories lane. I was there last month and while trying on items that I've picked I left behind a necklace that had great sentimental value to me. I took it off and hung it on one of the clothes racks because it was long and getting in the way. I left in hurry to pay for the items I kept because I had only few days left in Dubai and had so much more to do; I only remembered where I left the necklace last the next day when I wanted to wear it. I called but they never answered their line so I went back, only to be told that they didn't see any necklace left behind, and that maybe the next person after me took it. I was very disappointed and couldn't believe that happened to me of all places in Dubai!

Historically i wasn't the biggest fan of H&M but I've seen this place evolve to a great place with a great variety of options.
The baby section is great and i totally recommend giving it a chance.
The prices are extremely competitive and the offers and discounts are usually attractive.
Overall, one of the best baby shops
