We bought a pair of trousers. After we wore the pants for 1 hour, they tore completely. No exchange was granted because we arrived 3 days after the purchase. Worst service!

Worst hm shop I’ve ever been in the world. You cannot refund sale items and their excuse would be that is mentioned on the receipt (which you would only be able to see after the payment…). Proper robbery.

Worst customer services ever.. they said 14 days return and exchange policy .. I was just 1 day late and they refuse to exchange it and the manager was very rude and waste my 1 hour by saying you can exchange it and after they refuse it... I will never buy from hnm dubai .. UK is much better
