N1 real estate company in Dubai ,does not come from nowhere,its comes through a perfect vision,knowledge of Dubai real estate market and perfect relations with clients . They provide you with everything you need to get a home in Dubai ,from pick up to drop off along with all needed information and documentation. They assist you according to your interest . Also the company has a close relationship with developers in Dubai,as it is N1 ,so they can get you anything that other company cannot get .
Any language you speak is not an issue as They have different language speaker within their team .

Totally recommend H&S services ????????

Its a great Real Estate company, they a rated #1 by Emaar which is the biggest property developer in Dubai .. Can expect good service from them :)

I have recently made a purchase of a 2 Bedroom apartment which is part of an on going project in Karachi, Pakistan. My agent was miss Shruti Desai. She was in touch with me and my brother at the time of purchasing forms and then booking the apartments. Her service was nice and helpful. She used to contact many time regarding the payments and made sure we did them on time; but after we have made the down payment all of a sudden her phone is permanently off. And there is no reply on WhatsApp either. I called the office and that told she had left for the US. Which is fine but there is no replacement of her who is in touch with me regarding my investment. I called the office and spoke to someone called Malik but he never called me since that call. Right now I am feeling a bit concerned about my investment here … how can somebody just disappear? Without assigning another person to deal with the customers?

Probably the best brokers out there, my experience here was great. Mr. Mirza waqas baig who guided me throughout the process is an exceptional sales person as he helped me out in the purchase of suitable property according to my requirements, resulting in a timely and cost effective deal. Wanted to visit this place for a long time, it was worth the wait great morning out. Considering it is run buy volunteers it's great and they all do an excellent job. A bonus as well as it being very interesting. I had a lovely cup of coffee. Would recommend it if you can get tickets.

Amazing place to visit, and wonderful to see the preservation that has taken place.
Apart from the interesting history and beautiful building, the staff are amazing so lovely and kind, never mind knowledgeable, and we were allowed to take the dog with us which was a massive bonus.
Highly recommend a visit to a truly unique piece of history.

A former sewage pumping station isn't perhaps the first place you'd think of visiting on a day out. However, Crossness is a temple to poo, and is not to be missed. Go and see the spectacular ornamental cast ironwork and the excellent exhibition, you'll be amazed. The Crossness Engines Trust are doing an amazing job on the restoration of this wonderful place. There's a cafe where to get drinks and something to eat, plus toilets and the obligatory shop. Kids love this place, big and small.

Great to see restoration in progress, good explanation on the boards in the museum area, good tea and coffee. very light.
Excellent souvenirs.

Very interesting visit. There are a few pump stations around London, and I was always wondering what they were used for, and how do they work. Well, they explained everything here!
The restored Victorian iron works are fantastic, unfortunately the day I visited the actual pump (one of the 4 originally in operation at the station) was out of order, but it was possible to compare the state of the other 3.
I particularly loved the exhibition of Victorian toilet bowls, and also the practical demonstration of how the pump stations work is a must see.

As a coach driver this was my second visit with a different group.
Bith groups really enjoyed their visits. A very informative place very interesting and definitely not what you would expect.

Even if you're not particularly interested in the mechanics etc., the beautiful Victorian interior decorative ironwork makes a visit worthwhile. Also, there's a little shuttle train which is fun.
