Never trust this company. I had purchased 65 Onity electronic key lock for one of our hotel in Dubai spending around 50K. Couple of years after there was a issue with these locks and contacted this company who had provided me these keys, had to say that these locks are no more available in the market and you need to change the entire locks, which we were surprised to know, unfortunately since we are hotel and we need it on urgent basis we agreed to go with the new lock system spending around 75K once again.After signing the LPO and making payment of 50% they agreed to deliver the item in 10weeks and we are in month of december still they are not sure whether the items will be available or not.

The worst part of all these scenario is that the locks which we purchased from them is still available and they doesn't wanted to provide since the sales lady Geetha wanted to increase her sales which I would say its a real blunder. for sake of getting one or two spare locks she made me spend such a huge amount.

I wouldn't say its a company mistake but they should hire some professional people who will not spoil Co. reputation and again they have to stick to their words when they take the order too.

Really great service and good price. Needed a replacement for a broken Devon door mortice lock mechanism. The guys helped me find a compatible part which did the job. Many thanks!

Good shop if you are looking for door handles or electric switches.
Availability is good otherwise they order and don’t take long time.
Goods are quantity and the price is reasonable

The worst experience ever, they took my door drawings and gave me hinges based on that drawing. When I installed the hinges they were not able to carry the weight of the door
And when I told them about the problem, they said its not their fault Yet they don't want to help and give any solution
