Delicious Ice cream and great place to stop after a long day of shopping. Just in front of carefour. Make sure to stop by Hagen-dazs for your ice cream fix next time your in Ibn battuta.

You can taste the flavours you're eyeing on to help you chose the best ice cream flavor for you. For me I went with vanilla caramel brownie with combo of brownies and caremalized nuts.

They also have exceptional staff that is very welcoming cheers to Minerva and Vinod. You did great!

It was past 10pm already and we knew stores are preparing to close however, we just took a chance if we could still buy ice cream since my Mom wanted to try. Isaac entertain us and didnt have any second thought in allowing us to buy ice cream. We didnt feel that he was rushing though he was about to go home. Best customer service experience by far from an ice cream parlor. My Mom was so happy!

Just went to the shop at 21:46 and the guy there told us its closed. First educate your staff about the shifts and how to attend a customer and second update your closing hours in Google.

Baskin Robins much better. Considering its a newly opened outlet, I was wrong in expecting good service. Lady serving ice cream was smiling & pleasant in beginning but after my wife tasted 2 flavors, from 3rd flavor smiles disappeared & attitude appeared. After getting 4 guests catered to, we waited atleast 35 mins for billing with no apology from anyone. Tall, bauld, senior staff (possibly manager) was highly disengaged with guests & management must review if he is in right profession. I joked & said, for the wait, my kids should get 1 scoop vanilla ice cream & staff response was poor, me being polite - I would have paid for it. Overall, poor service, bad memories, totally disengaging & me & my family will visit Baskin Robins in future.

No real taste , the taste is like water
