Worst customer experience I had in UAE. I purchased a wallet 6 month ago and I went to ask for the leather polish to my wallet at the store because it was out stock and the store always have it . The sales person told me to come back after an hour . I went back and they did nothing to it and he told me they can't do it because its carbon fiber print . Called Mont blanc global and they said the store polish is fine . I talked to Batir the store manager he told me that my wallet is few years old and when I told him that I bought 6 month ago , he said that's not true show me the receipt!!!!!!!!. So literally he is telling me that I am a liar .I can't believe how they are hiring disrespectful people like this in the store .

The store is near to our community. The staff is very friendly and supportive when I was trying to plan to buy a Montblanc item for a gift. Rahul had been given supportive and taken an extra effort to get the stocks. I really appreciate his professionalism as I know we are both employees here in Dubai but the respective given to customers such as me is very appreciated. I would like to appreciate his colleague Vigay (please forgive if I couldn't spell his name right) in preparing the items for the gift.

I have been visiting this store for several years and have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products on offer and will explain all the options available to you in detail so that you’re able to decide on what’s best for you. Rahul in particular has been very helpful to me. He makes sure that I am happy with my purchases and tries his best to give me the best deal possible. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good service and high quality products.

I just want to share my experience who wants to deal with Montblanc boutique at IBN Batuta Mall. I would recommend you to deal with their professional staff especially Digvijay, he was assisting me from the first moment I entered the store with everything I needed. He was very courteous, welcoming and helpful.

This shop needs to focus on service for existing customers rather than just trying to sell new big ticket items. In-store they can't even provide a quote for a new strap for a watch and don't call back after requesting for the same. They have lovely products but if they don't support after-sales the products (particularly watches) are soon useless...
