We had a beautiful stay at Habtoor Palace. Everything was PERFECT! The staff is courteous and very attentive. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like royalty. The place is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, all the restaurants are excellent and the service is impeccable. We have very good memories of our visit to Habtoor Palace. Thank you to the whole team for giving us such a great time!

This hotel has to be the best place I’ve ever stayed.

Staff were extremely friendly! We had our own private butler which was amazing and super helpful. They give you a WhatsApp number you can contact them 24/7 (extremely helpful when you want to order room service at 2am).

The hotels vibe was very luxurious and everything about this place oozed it. The rooms were big, the beds were comfy and the service we received were 10/10.

They really go out of their way to make you feel special. I’d stay here again 100% it’s worth it.

I personally think Habtoor Palace is a great hotel. We spent a week there and enjoyed it. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioner is easy to use. Room service is amazing; they folded our clothes for us and gifted a flower for us. The breakfast buffet was huge and the food wa extremely fresh!

Two days in a row, my family and I were smelling a strange smoke smell. We thought the room service cleaners smoked before cleaning our room.

Second, the cleaners also took away the given shampoo and conditioner and did not replace them. We called the lobby and they said they would bring refills when we were out. When we got back, there were no refills.

We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great! Many varieties of food were given and their cooks are very talented. My family and I enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Loved this place. Their staff is amazing. Shoutout to Paulo the concierge, check in lady (name starts with R), cleaning staff, and breakfast staff. You guys truly made our honeymoon so special. From checking in on us to guiding us to the right locations for leisure it was perfect. We now have memories forever and you guys set the expectations so high for us now for further travel

lovely hotel with beautiful lobby and rooms! The location is close to the center. There are few buses from the hotel to the beaches and to Dubai. I rented room 432 and I am very satisfied! The room is spacious with good taste, the bathroom has a shower, bath, all necessary toiletries, bathrobes! The hotel staff is very professional and friendly help with any question! I was extended check out until 18:00 for which many thanks without payment for which many thanks to the hotel staff!

I checked in on Sunday morning and the guy at the reception Evans is real genius. He knows exactly how to make the customer happy and welcome. I am sure that with staff like Evans being part of Habtoor Palace no hotel can match their customer services. An outstanding guy with an an outstanding personality. All the best.

This place is my all time favorite whenever my friend is in town. The staff here are so amazing and welcoming. Our server Adelait from South Africa, makes us always feel at home and make me smile. She knows exactly what I need and does not wait for a call for her to deliver. Thanks for giving us a wonderful experience once again girl. See you soon!!!

Life is a journey with problems to solve, lessons to learn, but most of all, experiences to enjoy.

We had the most joyful time in the palace, All the staff with no exceptions are friendly, kind, generous, polite, helpful.

The food is good, five stars quality restaurants
(BQ) the French restaurant , high class food
the staff are the best ,Mr.Rasheed , Miss.Omaima, Ejaz, Gyan,Mohanad,May, Zenlly, Nitranjan, Dev, Ashif, Chef Kirti , shivam,neel , mukul, reddy, chef rohit

all of them. believe me when i say they are the best, Professional staff at all levels.

I love the kids club, my daughter was having fun , absolutely safe place for kids

I got to have a relaxing massage with Eva , she was great.
The gym is nice
Indoor coffee shop where shisha is available
Swimming pool at the roof top
Valet parking with the most welcoming staff you could meet ( very nice staff )
House keeping twice a day, they actually very talented with the towels ☺️ as we upgraded our room from 308 to 438 from 15 June till 3rd of July, we had so many housekeepers , all of them were respectful, quick response, nothing was ever missing from the room , they doubled checked every day at least 3 times if we need something
Many thanks to shakoor, Nani, Vijay,Amisha,Adarsh، jog singh, nitu. every day we find fruits and chocolate in our room, nice gifts for our daughter too

The hotel in general has a good location, near to Dubai mall , next to la pearl theater , super market few steps away, laundry shop and beauty salon too.

Special thanks to Mr.Raul for everything he has done.
Linda from reception was very kind to help with everything we wished for

Excellent storage facility reasonably priced and easy access from Hutton cranswick
Washng facilities are available as well
Good security and card access

Caravans very safe. Caravans are on hardcore good space between each vans. Card to get in and out of site.
