The hotel locks up the superchargers and
offer them exclusively to hotel guests. This is a misuse of the Tesla Superchargers as they are intended for quick charging trips, especially when you’re on a low battery and need one desperately.

This is unfair, since hotel guests park their cars for hours, therefore, the hotel should be utilizing regular chargers instead (i.e. Tesla Destination chargers) for hotel guests. Superchargers take only ~30mins for a full charge, so they should be only used for in-and-out stops. Not hours long parking.

They saying its only for hotel Guests ,,, and they put barrier in parking so other tesla owners can’t charge here .

I have been using regularly this supercharger since the beginning it was installed
Only thing that has changed (for good) is that you now do not drive yourself to the basement, instead you drop your car at valet service of any one of the hotels (Hilton, V, Palace)
And they will take the car to the basement and charge it for you
After is charged you go ro the valet service and take your car back totally free of charge no money to be paid!!
While waiting you can have a coffee/drink etc at any of the different options you have in the above mentioned hotels, if you like to, otherwise you just wait for your car to finish charging.
This way all charging spots are available upon finish charging, not like before that some owners left the car for hours blocking the spot for others to charge.
I am personally happy that they make this change, kudos to them!!!

This place is so busy ...Tesla must increase the number of chargers....also 1 charger is not working since many days ...no one seems to care.

These are all locked by the hotel
It seems Tesla has provided these superchargers for the hotel guests .
So need to book a room if you want to charge.

There are about 8 chargers and usually not busy at all. Located in the parking in the hotel and easy to find

Pathetic management of the Supercharger facility. The hotel security has placed locks on alln8 parkings. They will allow only valet cars coming to the hotel to use the supercharger. So you have to either be visiting the V hotel as a guest or spend upwards of aed 100 to charge your vehicle. I think Tesla needs to step in and sort this out ASAP or there will be a lot of unhappy Tesla customers. Habtoor SC is one of the main locations to charge your car, with this gone as an option, its going to increase waiting times at MOE SC and others.

Very bad service from hotel management they only allow valet parking cars and then they lock the charger the valet parking people are very rude

No longer for public, restricted to ???? alone i.e valet restricted with locks in parking spots so highly unutilzed but no access. Don’t waste time driving here , the display on Tesla app is misleading.
