Worst experience ever.
I went with pain for my lower back having a report from Karama medical center in Jvc and once I reached here, they said I didn’t have insurance, which I have with Takaful. They were saying for any condition in the policy that says waiting period 360 days needed for a precondition or chronic diseases insurance doesn’t cover, I told them I didn’t have any preexisting or chronic conditions, ask for insurance approval first, they asked me to call insurance and check. After I did that, insurance lady spoke with them from my phone to rectify their understanding and told them to ask for Insurance approval next time first.
They had me pay for seeing the doctor, and after that, I had to call the insurance, and after I clarified everything with the insurance and I told them what had happened, I gave the phone to the guys and only then I had to wait for 25 min to get refunded.
Then the pharmacy downstairs couldn’t give me the medicines because the ERC number needed to be updated by the doctor which has left for the day.

The worst! If i can give zero star I will gladly do! Terrible attitude in each interaction touch points. You are treated as a liability not a patient who unfortunately ended in this place. On top you will be given lectures with the worst attitude on why your appointment is not on their system despite the fact that you booked a day before with their call center who directed to that place.

Wheelchair users be aware! The access is just at the entrance of the building. The wheelchair lift inside doesn’t even work and be ready to crawl one floor up! Never ever again

I always have a frequent visit to Karama Medical Centre located in DIP1 for myself or for my labor staff for medical issue. Just need to highlight that Ms Rebecca John who works there is a gem of a person. Very kind hearted, courteous and assisting in each and every way to ensure smooth medical process in the clinic. The management needs to pat on her shoulder and make her aware that we as medical customers always look up for people at the clinic like Ms Rebecca John. Kudos to her...

Well sanitized clinic. Customer service is extremely excellent, specially Mr. Digvijay. Dr Fatima is also well rounded and highly knowledgeable of her treatment plan towards the patients.

Excellent clinic with excellent doctors specially Dr. Yogesh is best. And at reception Mr. Digvijay is a very helpful and humble guy, he has genuine empathy towards patients.

No system of token
Feel like this clinic is 20 years back

Rest doc is good
