My wife today was in Hanayen shop in Mirdif Citicenter to receive her dress after the shop tailor finished altering her dress after they took the measurement yesterday. When she went there and tried the dress, it was fully ruined and they have spoiled the dress, the sale staff treated them unprofessionally and just threw the money on the table instead of returning it nicely and apologizing for ruining the dress. I give this shop one star and even no star for the unprofessional staff working there, I will advise all my family and friends not to buy from them. My advise to the owner, change all of your sales staff or train them to be nice to customers. Your business growth will be based on customer happiness, not customers disappointments. Also owner can check the camera of the shop between 9pm to 11pm which will show you your sale staff action leaving the money in the table without apologizing and not helping his customer after ruining her dress.

Amazing abaya’s made from quality fabrics and great styles and finishing. Fatima the sales assistant is so lovely Mashallah and kind and friendly. Great store for good abaya’s and Shayla’s.
