I have bout ring smart home cameras, 3 nos from Etisalat’s shop in mirdif city center, one of the main camera at my villa is not working since one month and ring camera team or etisalat team is not able to fix the issues since one month, we have become football between them , ring and Etisalat, now etisalat is asking AED 150 for technician visit to come and fix the problem whereas its their product which have fault, I suggest don’t buy from there these expensive cameras rather buy from dragon mart , at-least they come and fix free of the product have problems

Worst experience ever.
Staff are not helpful at all.the only answer is call the call center
No solution for any problem and very bad attitude
I will never visit this branch again

The wait time to get even get the most basic service is close to 2 hours. The ratio of customers waiting to Etisalat attender is 20:1. So many of the counters have no rep, and almost a 100 of us have to wait for the 4-5 active service counters. Etisalat really need to upsize the customer care team to meet their ever growing customer base. Time is too precious to wait 2 hours to hwy hold of a Rep about a simple service.

The only star I am giving is because my review will not update the worst experience ever I had in this store. I went to buy wireless Headphones ????
I ask them twice a time I need to check and all the time they said they don’t know anything I said I want to buy but I want check the sound and all the sales man are same first they speak with you so rude they don’t know how to respect even customers don’t waste your money such these kind of stores

One of the worst service, I have ever seen. You will never know, who will serve and where you will be served. It's just a Showroom. There is no service. The major issue is, you will not understand their system.
