Staff will force customers to only order from the Kiosk. I requested them to take my order at the counter because i want to customize my order, but all three staff standing there kept telling me they are busy and are short on staff. Once i placed the order the fries were not spicy and they gave me a wrong drink. When i spoke to the staff she was very rude and walked away on my face(I dont want to name her publicly)Then upon insisting to speak to the shift incharge, she came out and corrected our order and other staff behind us was saying that we should have asked for help while placing an order from the kiosk. Whereas while ordering we were told that they are busy and short on staff, thats why they will not take our order.

Apart from this bad experience the cheesesteak burger was good as expected.

Zeba, you are the most horrible staff I have ever met. I asked for Mountain Dew, you gave me Pepsi. Its from the same mountain machine. Plus you took more than 25 minutes for my order. Absolutely terrible. I am telling everyone that Zeba is the worst staff I have ever encountered. Disgusting behavior.

Ordered super star chicken fillet and cordon Bleu wrap. The wrap was mind blowing but the burger was not up to the mark. The burger must be a little bit more spicy! The wrap was brilliant! The place is nice to hang around with friends , not too crowded!
Staff is friendly!
3 star only cause they suggested me the super star chicken fillet burger telling me it's the best. Well boys, it isn't!

Stupid microphone and speaker , they are putting the mic stand on sheikh zaied Road and I have to scream and shout until they listen to my order , no parking area , they just through the boxes inside a 1 bag and give to us , bad experience I will not buy again

First time I’ve ever eaten a burger with a piece of plastic in it, plus the service is terrible. Absolutely disgusting, I do not recommend.

This is the third time I order from your app and again I was sent a message saying the order was delivered over 20 mins before it reached me! I was informed that the hardees managers ask drivers to mark delivered in 30 mins of the order so they get incentives!!! Again, I received soft and cold fries and a cold burger....
