Food is good but sometimes portion size changes today its a bit less on the curly fries there is no consistency.

Guest expert Princess is very disappointing and rude and they have many system errors which are never resolved for past few months, also on every meal they advertise the add ons to be applicable but when you ask them for any of the add ons they reply you with system error and it cannot be added to the meal and lead you to buy it separately!
Veggie burger has never been able to go in system with any meals as add on so i request the Hardee's team to take off the misleading information!

Very bad experience, I have order online and once i reach the restaurant after 30 min and as per application my food was ready , i was surprised that they didn't start on the food and after another 30 min the food was so bad , not fresh , no as per Hardee's standard , very bad experience. I will not eat from there again ????

Bad service ever in my life.

Unprofessional staff who state her name Princes with Guest expert.

And she call for a manager again he was super duper rude, who handling the meal without basic food hygiene and doesn’t what customer service mean.

Conveniently located in the upper floor food court in DFC

Premium burger experience for higher price, but worth it. Juicy and tasty beef patty not over-cooked and dry. Fresh and hot fries - tastier with the skin on, and nicely ready salted.

Takes a short while but worth the wait for the hot fresh experience.

The only thing is the burger bread bun is too sweet for me but seems to be a widespread national taste now, to sugar load everything, 'for flavour'

Otherwise a good experience and nice Filipino friendly service, as you'd expect

i complained for cold sandwich and quality
one of staffs laughed loudly. they should train staffs better for better income.
