Dr Baillie looked after my kids and is now looking after my Grandparents and doing a great job of both. 7 years of sublime health care which i can assure you is not the case in other surgeries. The front of house staff are always friendly and helpful, again this is not always the case elsewhere. Anyone complaining should be careful what they wish for as things are not always greener on the other side. Thanks for the care provided and hope it continues

Absolutely awful staff and appointment booking system. Seems to be no duty of care for patients whatsoever. Receptionist shouldn't be making people feel worse. Quite clear that money seems to be top of the agenda. Not one member of staff seems capable to deal with sensitive needs with regards to mental health. Would definitely advise anyone to choose a different practice.

Lovely doctors but that is all the positives of this practice
The management & general running of the surgery is awful & has gone downhill - so much so that after 15 years of being a patient here with my full family we have moved to another practice
Really disappointing & wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone
