The quality and taste of the burgers was really delicious, but the counter was very sluggish and slow and did not treat the customers warmly and rejected the customers slowly. We ordered two burgers with two Pepsis for 80 dirhams. Good taste and low service

Hardees Dubai Mall Staff is very unproffesional and rude.. Yesterday we had our snack and bought the 65 AED meal for two then my husband and his friend was just asking the guy (staff)about the box for that meal then suddenly the lady name Jan Marie on duty interrupt and suddenly grab right away the tray to the other staff without even asking we need that box we were just asking if what is inside that box or can we take it even our order is dine in.. So for what I observed she was acting very rudely and very unproffesional.. If shes not on the mood or very busy she should not act like that to her customers. It will affect to your store as well!!

The best beef burger in Dubai, extremely delicious and perfect, the steak and mushroom are well grilled and the taste of steak ???? is incredibly intense and the sauce is adding a good salty flavor to the burger ????.

Ordered Ranch Chicken and I received an undercooked chicken patty that was raw at the end. Manager was unhelpful and most he did was replace with another sandwich instead of a refund. Will go to the doctor tomorrow because of stomach cramps.

The food quality is average but the service is the worst!! The cashier who served us was Deeksha and she didn't take order on the table and I was asked to enter the order into the TV machine which doesn't have options to modify or change food options but the staff were stubborn and didn't accept their fault, they served me the wrong order and then were getting furious when I told them to change it. Then while taking the soft drinks she filled our glasses with ice which we didn't want and the drinks were filled without asking us about our preferences and when we requested to change, she was frowning in disapproval and disappointment!!!! The supervisor was informed but she didnt do anything!!!!

Hands down the best beef burger I’ve had in dubai. The cheesesteak burger had cheesy sauce oozing out and was well seasoned. The Cajun curly fries were a good side dish. Everything worked well. A must visit
