It's in Dubai Mall Food Court, so of course the atmosphere depends on that.
Despite of this, it has a very tasty Thai kitchen, with big portions for good prices.

Worst food worst service took their time in preparing my order 1 hour when I came to pick up my food that's the only time they prepared my food they are even smiling sarcastically no one apologized for the long wait ordered battered chicken but got a sweet and super sour chicken worst experience if ever you pass by avoid this store not worth your money expensive but worse food I ever ordered in my 30 years of existence.

I ate here like seven times a vegetarian Pad Thai within two years. It’s very consistent and tasty.
The Mall is very crowded so sometimes you have to search a table. But we managed it every time somehow…

I come back - for sure.

Worst Thai food I've ever had. We ordered Tom Yum soup, noodles and green curry. It doesn't deserve space in the food court of the biggest mall in the world.

Pad Thai restaurant in Dubai mall is my favorite place but not anymore I really disappointed I asked the guys at the cashier just some small sugar( tiny) on the side because Tom yum soup was spicy unfortunately he said management was changed so if customers need condiments they should pay extra i was surprise because this restaurant open for business many years I think if you have new management team you have to think about it just small thing that you guys doing and lose customers

Good taste is really nice..worth to visit this place.. one one the best food outlet in Dubai Mall. Staff is also really very helpful and explain menu items in details...
