It takes too much effort time to get your order, portion is too small comparing to the displayed photos, taste is good and fries are okay.

The branch is managed by 1 person on a lunch time at a friday! She was not taking any orders in person and was asking everyone to use the ordering kiosk instead. There was no customer service at all. The people are all piled up and no one from the back side is helping her. It's not her fault as this should have been planned ahead by the shift manager.

Usually eating out is expensive. Right? Well... not here!! This is one of the most economic ways to eat outside actually. Go to carrefour, buy something for 1 to 2 dirhams and voila, you have the voucher at the back of carrefour's receipt. Take the receipt and show it to Hardees and they will give you this meal for 10 dirhams.

Chicken vs beef burger: The flavor of the chicken is much better than the beef burger.

hardees was one of my best burger place now its worst everytime they make it more expensive the wuality gets worst sooo expensive for nothing

3 staff only in the food Cort in Friday night ?? … staff is doing great job but still late food .. all other shops are complete staff … What a bad management

I feel they are pretty rude.
Atmosphere is mostly busy in the foodcourt. But I like your burgers nd fries

They forgot to add items, and when you claim it they ask you to come to collet it is as the address not covered, very poor response to such situation
